Basudeo Prasad Yaduka (C.A & LLB) – Founder & Chairman
Mr. Yaduka, is an entrepreneur with 38 years of experience in the construction and C.A profession. He has successfully completed a multitude of projects within Kolkata. He is a Past District Governor for Lion Club District 322B for his dedication to the society. Still a very active member to guide and keep the team focused.
Bajranj Lal Saraogi
He is one the oldest members who had joined our group and have guided them with his dedicated and passionate effort to build this group. Having 30 year of experience in managing and dealing clients and different situation coming along has helped the group to grow smoothly. His earlier experience in lines of Jute Mills has helped us in dealing difficult situation easily.
Indar Dugar
Born and brought up in the City of Joy, Mr Indar Dugar is an alumni of the St. Xaviers College (Kolkata). Creativity is his middle name and his liking towards fashion and luxury motivated him to manufacture fashionable products since the last 15 years. Along with this he has been into Import & Export since the last 8 years. Being an amicable person by nature he has some serious liking towards the real estate sector and believes in creating innovative and luxurious infrastructure. His experience and decision has helped our group in various ways to meet its values.
Dipak Yaduka (CA, CS)
Mr. Dipak Yaduka is one of those entrepreneurs who has an inbuilt quality in persevering any challenge that is thrown at him. Creating something unique and out of the world is what motivates him. He is a perfect example of patience and perseverance. He is an amicable person who believes that learning is a never ending process and appreciates honesty and transparency at work. His vision is to not only target the premium segment of the society but also the middle and lower segment. Building affordable and Eco friendly houses for the society is his prime target.
C. A. Manish Yaduka
C. A. Consultancy is the flagship division of the company and hence it required relatively more attention and a clear vision. This division was started by Mr. B.P. Yaduka and later on it was handed over to Mr Manish Yaduka in order to bring in fresh new ideas into the organization. Dedication is his middle name and hard work is his best friend. There are certain key factors which are of utmost importance in a service industry like delivering the result in time, being updated about the current happenings, following customer centric approach and remaining focused. His journey has been an inspiring one for the entire organization where he has achieved lots of appreciation, starting from becoming a Chartered Accountant in the year 2003 and receiving DISA certificate from ICAI. Under his leadership the organization received the prestigious Peer Review certificate by the ICAI, two times (2006 & 2007). He believes in having proper work ethics and has nurtured the career of numerous articles under his guidance.
Avinash Yaduka (MCA , MBA)
Mr. Avinash Yaduka believes in creating new things and executing them perfectly which can create value to the society. Being the youngest Director of the group, success wasn’t served to him on a gold plate but had to be earned the hard way.
Having completed his MCA from Manipal and Global Business Management course from IIM C, he entered the corporate sector where he gained ample amount of experience in handling various projects by working in Multinational Companies like IBM and WIPRO.
Being the scion of the family he decided to take up the responsibility of taking Yaduka Group to a totally new level and he joined the group under the shadow of his father and his elder brothers. Since then he has been looking after the Real Estate, The Life Style Club and Car Parking Solutions.
